Describe and recommend beverages to customers. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Inform guests of daily specials. Take orders from guests for food or beverages, using the handheld units tableside, or PoS screens as appropriate. Answer guests questions knowledgeably. Serve food or beverages, and clear away dishes. Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Prepare itemised checks - you are responsible for their accuracy. Collect payments from guests and ensure that payments are correct. Clean tables or counters after guests have finished. Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks. Stock service areas with supplies of upplies of cutlery. We look forward to hearing from you!Â
