The National Distillery Company is about to open a world class small boutique hospitality/tourism mecca, and we're looking for the perfect person to join our very tight NDC family.We're on a huge global ADVENTURE, and with this role, the sky is literally the limit. Our group has been in high level hospitality for over a decade, so we know what we're doing, and we're here to help and support all staff.Responsibilities-Work closely with Kitchen Manager -Effectively manage FOH staff-Distillery door (tasting/sales)-Manage offsite events -Training-Manage COGS-Manage FOH wage costs-Weekly/monthly/yearly reporting -Travel to events, festivals, parties, international travel -ForagingQualifications-Managers Certificate-Extensive cocktail experience (2 years minimum)-Solid New Zealand wine knowledge, passion for wine -Proven experience in a senior bartending role, or bar manger position -Proven experience in Event management -A hunger for world class customer service -Desire to be a valuable member of a great family/friend work environmentHow To ApplyPlease apply with your updated resume.
