The National Distillery Company is about to open a world class small boutique hospitality/tourism mecca, and we're looking for the perfect person to join our very tight NDC family. We're on a huge global ADVENTURE, and with this role, the sky is literally the limit. Our group has been in high level hospitality for over a decade, so we know what we're doing, and we're here to help and support all staff. Responsibilities -Work closely with Kitchen Manager -Effectively manage FOH staff -Distillery door (tasting/sales) -Manage offsite events -Training -Manage COGS -Manage FOH wage costs -Weekly/monthly/yearly reporting -Travel to events, festivals, parties, international travel -Foraging Qualifications -Managers Certificate -Extensive cocktail experience (2 years minimum) -Solid New Zealand wine knowledge, passion for wine -Proven experience in a senior bartending role, or bar manger position -Proven experience in Event management -A hunger for world class customer service -Desire to be a valuable member of a great family/friend work environment How To Apply Please apply with your updated resume.
