Bar Attendant – Malaysian Drinks Maker

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Located in Auckland CBD. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations level with our customers when necessary. It's a permanent full-time role with minimum 30 hours a week, on rotating shifts between Mon-Sun, among the core business hours.  The hourly rate for this position is $29.66 per hour. Organises and controls the operations of a restaurant to provide lunch and dining and catering services. To be successful in this role you will need to have: Minimum of 6 months experience in making Malaysian local drinks.  Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. Self-Motivation A passion for hospitality to achieve a high sense of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the Malaysian Culture is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem solve and act quickly. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa   What you will do in this role: Preparing, serving, and selling Malaysian hot and cold drinks.  Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas,  Promoting services and products Washing glassware and arranging glasses Replenishing drink dispensers, shelves, and refrigerators Plan and present beverage menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
