You will ?

- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Formal certified qualification in baking or diploma in food processing and production, HACCP/ food safety
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Effectively managing the entire production process
- Ensuring optimal quality products are produced efficiently
- Leading and developing the production team
- Working closely with the dispatch manager
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Bakehouse
- Ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Ability to meet Occupational Health and Safety requirements

- Self-starter, shows initiative and is driven to achieve results based on excellent quality, timeframes and volumes according to agreed standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to make timely decisions and plan workload according to set priorities
- Ability to communciate with people from all backgrounds and experience, both verbally and in writing
- Leadership including achieving results through others by setting clear objectives and measures
