Baker

We are seeking an energetic, motivated baker to join our Bakery team at New Lynn. The working environment is busy and dynamic, and this will require the successful applicant to be able to work efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Remuneration will be determined by the experience and proven skill of the successful applicant. We are looking for someone who can effectively contribute to the department by demonstrating the following capabilities:-
Assisting in the daily operations and general needs of the Bakery Department. This role is physically demanding and you will need to have the ability to lift up to 20kg comfortably.
Ensuring only quality product is presented for sale.
Happy to help and advice customers with any queries they may have, ensuring excellent service standards are delivered at all times.
Understanding and complying with all compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Working effectively in a team, ensuring working areas are well organised and managed.
