Full training is available.Key Responsibilities:Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Booking service and repair appointments.Quotations, costing and invoice completion.Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.Providing support and direction as required to the Service Manager and a team of Service Advisors.Requirements:A commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team.A full drivers licenceAt Wayne Kirk Hastings, we value teamwork, professionalism, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
