We are currently seeking a project systems integration Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience programming in PLC / HMI / and SCADA for a role for a growing company that is one of the leading automation companies in New Zealand. You would be working for customers integrating automation solutions into systems in such industries as dairy, food and beverage, civil infrastructure and water treatment. This person must be passionate about the development and implementation of process improvements through the use of PLCs, HMIs and SCADA. You will need to have demonstrated ability to lead projects and systems integration across functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing and process automation solution. The person must be fully conversant with a range of electrical procedures in the field of factory automation - design, programming, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, research and development.
