Automation Engineer

We are currently seeking an Automation Engineers from mid-level to senior with 3+ years of experience programming in PLC / HMI / and SCADA for a role to work for a growing company that is one of the leading automation companies in New Zealand. You would be working for customers in such industries as the dairy, food and beverage, civil infrastructure and water treatment. This person must be passionate about the development and implementation of process improvements through the use of PLCs, HMIs and SCADA. You will need to have demonstrated ability to lead projects across functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing and process automation solution. The person must be fully conversant with a range of electrical procedures in the field of factory automation - design, programming, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, research and development.
