About the position This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that Tamaki Health clinics are prepared for audits, and ensuring key stakeholders have clear guidelines and expectations. The incumbent will liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with audit planning and completion.
This role is also responsible for ensuring that Tamaki Health has appropriate resources, audit tools, and processes to eliminate or minimize risks and to ensure compliance with H&S legislation and moral obligations.
Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and review the internal audit programWork with clinics and senior managers to achieve accreditation requirements
Conduct reviews of systems & processes to evaluate effectiveness in audit resultsOversee the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents including policies, procedures, and formsEnsure the organization has appropriate resources, audit tools, and processes to eliminate or minimize risks and to ensure compliance with H&S legislation and moral obligationsDevelop & implement the organisational H&S plan, focussing on leadership, risk management and participation and engagementReport emerging or existing risks to the relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerProvide reporting and metrics regarding operational risksYou will need to have: Preferable 3+ years of audit experience
Relevant tertiary education in business management, accounting or finance, or a related degreeCertification in OHS preferredProblem solving & analytical skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship managerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literacy, and strong knowledge in Excel and SharePoint is an advantage, also if you have used OHS reporting systems and reporting dashboardsEnjoy and thrive in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
