Southern Cross Healthcare, Christchurch Hospital are looking for additional new Leaders in our theatre department - the Associate Theatre Manager being one of many. This is a full-time position (40hours/week) and will cover both AM and PM shifts. You will be required to work closely and lead the Clinical Nurse Leader team and work collaboratively with the Theatre Services Manager, Anesthetic Manager, coordinators and SSD Manager to provide first class healthcare to our patients and clients. This is an exciting new role within our department and reflects Southerns Cross Healthcare's commitment to grow and provide support to our teams, to assist them on their leadership pathway - now and tomorrow. Have at least 5 years recent experience in the perioperative environment, and 2 years specifically within a leadership role. Have experience of leading leaders - this role includes leading our Clinical Nurse Leaders (CNL) team. Have a proven track record of initiating, and facilitating, change management projects. Flexible and adaptive with a willingness to learn and work with our amazing perioperative teams. Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
