About the opportunity An exceptional opportunity beckons for an Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer to join the firm's property team. Collaborating with two partners who have a wealth of experience and are well regarded in this space, you will be exposed to commercial leasing, residential real estate, unit title development, sale and purchase of commercial properties, sale and purchase of businesses, and infrastructure projects with overlaps to commercial law.

About you Ideally, you will already be operating at an Associate or Senior Associate level, boasting 5+ years PQE coupled with a robust skill set in property and commercial law. Success in this role requires adept teamwork, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, proficient in both written and verbal, and capable of articulating intricate legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proactivity, coupled with the ability to autonomously manage a varied workload, is paramount.
