They deal to a large and well established client base both regionally and nationally, who are fantastic to work with.The firm has several North Island based offices, and are now looking to appoint an Associate/ Senior Associate in their Lower Hutt branch to work under a partner known for outstanding mentorship.This would be ideal for someone based just out of the city who is looking to reduce their commute to and from work each day.You will cover a broad range of practice areas such as reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, subdivisions, franchising, off-plan purchases for developers, corporate governance, acquisitions and disposals, finance, trusts, and conveyancing.What You Will Bring:5+ years PQE (however, if you have solid exposure to property law and do not meet this level, we would still like to hear from you)Interest in coaching and mentoringA self-starter; driven and dependableCommercially motivated; you can spot a business opportunityLogical, thorough, and practicalWhat's in it For YouYou will be working closely with a down-to-earth and highly experienced partner who has a wealth of knowledge to pass down.If you are coming from a small firm doing general work, then this is a chance to specialise your skillset further and enjoy the resources, social aspects, and professional development offerings of working in a larger firm.
