As a seasoned recruiter, your key focus will be to attract high quality candidates using bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies. This will be driven through a range of methods with a high focus on proactively approaching candidates and tapping into your broadening network. You will also use advertising and channel optimisation to bolster your shortlists. Then, working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner, you will prepare a shortlist for the Hiring Manager, offering insights and advise to support your work.Some of the other key responsibilities include:The continued development of job specific talent poolsBuilding strong relationships with Recruitment Partners, your sourcing colleagues, the wider TDC and Korn Ferry teamsDelivery of add-value and continuous improvement initiativesProviding support to the wider Korn Ferry team when possibleOne of the best things about being part of our Auckland based TDC is the great culture, work atmosphere and flexible working options.
