Associate Manager, PartnershipsOur mission is to deliver the dream of flight! iFLY is a global company with over locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, successful, innovative company that supports your professional development.The Associate Manager, Partnerships will support iFLY's efforts in forging strategic partnerships with affiliates, ambassadors, and resellers, including Online Travel Agents (OTA's), closed user group networks, perks platforms, card linked offer partners, buy now pay later marketplaces, and others. This role will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, taking over onboarding duties for work In process partnerships, and cultivating and bringing brand new partnerships to market.Duties and Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that support business objectives and enhance the company's competitive position.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met effectively.Negotiation: Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and scope of services, to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, technology, and finance to align partnership strategies with overall business goals and drive successful execution.Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing weekly executive level reports and insights to management to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats, keeping the company informed and well-positioned in the market.Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of partnership initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and senior leadership, to foster collaboration and drive alignment towards common goals. Manage Gift Card Channels: Manage existing gift card landscape including internal website, in store, and third party sold gift cards.This position will involve minimal travel based on company requirements, less than 10% of the time. Work Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the experiential entertainment/location-based entertainment space.Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
