Associate Clinical Nurse Manager - Wards 4A And 4B

Applications are invited from Registered Nurses to fill the position of Associate Clinical Nurse Manager Wards 4A and 4B - Medical. This role is to support the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Medical Ward in the daily operational and quality activities in the unit.
We are looking for a candidate with high practice standards, motivated to achieve optimal outcomes for patients and provide positive nursing leadership. You must be highly organised with high energy and driven to ensure delivery of great patient care.
The Candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse with a wealth of knowledge in both medical nursing and other important aspects of nursing practice.
Ideally the candidates will have:
Current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Minimum of the three-five years post registration experience.
Recent senior nursing experience (desirable).
Leadership or team leader experience.
Engaging in post graduate experience study (PG Certificate desired)
Knowledge of/or ideally clinical experience in acute Medical/Respiratory/Renal and/or Cardiac practice
Proficient /Expert PDRP (or working towards).
