Associate/Assistant Manager (Business Development & Industry Engagement), GIS Associate/Assistant Manager (Business Development & Industry Engagement), GIS The Office of Business Development and Industry Engagement (OBI) is looking for a suitable candidate to provide admin support and be part of the team in the research translation journey of bringing GIS' research to industry. The candidate will play an active role in liaising with our research collaborators/partners. The candidate shall demonstrate keen business acumen by understanding the collaborators' technical requirements and coordinating internally with the various stakeholders to deliver viable business solutions. Lead and organise legal documentation (i.e. NDA, MTA, RCA, etc) drafting, review, discussion, and negotiations with collaborators in accordance with A*STAR's guidelines Develop a network of institutional relationships with the industry, academic institutions, clinical communities and government agencies Create and identify strategic collaborative partnerships with potential industrial collaborators to introduce GIS' capabilities. Plan, coordinate, organise and host meetings/symposia/visits/trips – locally and overseas Develop sustainable relationships with new and existing partners throughout the lifecycle Work with various A*STAR stakeholders to manage various business development/research partnership processes Create, support, track and measure all engagements with assigned partners/collaborators Under IP management and TDs, the candidate will liaise with PIs on Technology Disclosures and ETPL IP filing and participate in lab notebooks audit with other team members Assist with other ad-hoc duties Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in scientific discipline 1-2 years of industry or research experience Well versed in written, communication, organisational and administrative skills Customer-oriented and a team player Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Company information Registration No. T08GB0002C Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
