Assistant To Residential Development And Project Management

Takapuna, AucklandPart-time, PermanentI am searching for a diligent, self motivated assistant to help run our boutique (Typically between 1-4 dwellings per project) residential development business . You’ll be working within a tight-knit team which offers development options and services to a wide array of clients. We assist our clients will all facets of residential development from initial inquiry through too construction.Your tasks and duties will include:Emailing/ Calling suppliers, tradesman and clientsUpdating company customer software, spreadsheets, project management softwareCommunicating with clients, tradesman and suppliers via phone and emailAttending team/client meetings, updating minutes and following upWorking with the accounting team to approving bills, finance and generate client invoicesAssist in Health & Safety, legal & contractor complianceTasks and Duties (After the L4 Lockdown finishes):Site visits to check quality or work, dropping contractor items and assessing contractor attendance will also be a part of the role that commences after the conclusion of the Covid-19 Level 4 Lockdown. A work vehicle will be provided. You may even have to tow a trailer on the rare occasion.Based at the trendy B:Hive Smales on the North Shore9:30am - 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with potential for successful applicants to go full time. (Less 30 mins for lunch)In accordance with current government regulations for Alert L4 for COVID 19 - this job will be undertaken remotely with no requirement to work on premises or otherwise leave your home for the duration of Alert L4 for COVID 19.The employer will be responsible to meet all regulations regarding worker safety during Alert L4, and any successful applicants will be made aware of their responsibilities as well.
