The Role
This role offers tonnes of variety and will see you lending a hand to everything from leadership and management of the team, to going back to the basics and serving customers on the shop floor when the branch is busy. Being a busy store, you will be very much involved in various management tasks and leadership of the team - This is an opportunity to get some real hands on experience. Duties include:
Supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance
Motivating and organising staff on a daily basis to create a great team culture
Providing exceptional customer service and accurate advice to our customers
Maintaining a high standard of Branch presentation
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
All About You
It goes without saying that you've got to enjoy working with people in this role - Both staff and customers. You must also be able to demonstrate your previous experience within an Assistant Store Manager position, or experience at a supervisory level. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry, otherwise an interest for the automotive industry as we want to offer progression for the successful candidate. Most importantly, bring the right attitude - Work hard philosophy and a determination to grow within the Repco (and wider) business.
