This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week from Tuesday through to Saturday.

Key responsibilities will include: Coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed targetsBeing accountable for the profitability of the store/s within the Profit Centre (PC)Making sure administrative and audit processes are followedMaintaining the integrity of inventoryMaking sure our stores are a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting our "Safe Home Every Day" frameworkSkills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
