We offer an opportunity for Assistant Produce Manager with drive and enthusiasm to work within our busy Supermarket. Ability to manage the department independently, focus on teamwork and commitment to high standards will be key factors attributed to the successful applicants.
The successful applicants will need to:
Able to communicate well
Manage a team
Ability to lead by example
Have a positive attitude
Have financial prudence
Have excellent customer service skills and be able to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
Great budgeting and negotiation skills
Be able to manage stock levels and financial targets
Be able to work well under pressure
Be reliable and trustworthy
Have strong computer skills, SAP experience would be an advantage
Have previous management experience or a management qualification
