Due to an increase in demand, we are now recruiting a third shift at our Auckland Blending and Canning Facility based on Richard Pearce Drive in Mangere and now require Assistant Operators to join our team on a mixture of 3-month fixed-term contracts and permanent contracts.
This role involves working across hygiene zones in an infant formula production plant and you will need to be physically fit and enjoy an active job as there is heavy lifting of up to 25kg, as well as multiple flights of stairs.
Your responsibilities will include checking and re-labelling of ingredients, managing damages, removing outer bags from ingredients and placing onto conveyors, tipping of ingredients, monitoring the production line, and general cleaning.

This is a shift work role (rotating roster, working 2-day shifts, 2-night shifts) so being able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights is essential.
