Assistant Manager, Sales Support (Content Distribution - Marketing & Operations)

Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) To manage end-to-end process of programme information/promotional material deliverables and metadata to clients after the conclusion of sales. This involves working with various stakeholders across the organisation and external stakeholders in the course of programme material collation. To ensure programme material collated are of required standard and to resolve and find solutions to rectify issues when necessary. To resolve issues with video team when clients encounter video problems. This role involves direct liaison with both clients and internal/external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve the issues for programme information/promotional material and video files. Qualification A Diploma in Mass Communications and/or Marketing or a relevant discipline. 2 to 4 years of related experience in a Sales Support or Marketing Support role. Basic technical knowledge of video files an added advantage.
