To learn more about the NUS Business School, please visit Job Description Reporting to the Head of Customised Executive Programmes (CEP) in the Executive Education Office, the Client Manager will be part of the business development team responsible for the overall go-to-market strategies and revenue targets. The key focus of the role will be to: Support business plans to achieve incremental revenue from new and existing corporate clients in the Asia-Pacific and global markets Lead initial discussions with the clients to understand their learning needs and objectives and provide relevant information on our programmes and capabilities Partner with the client, NUS Executive Education teams, and faculty members to implement successful custom programmes, which includes a hands-on approach to the design, delivery, and debrief phases of the programme including contracting and procurement processes Maintain effective and open communication and work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-level quality of programme delivery Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and the future of work to progressively become a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and Heads of L&D and Human Resources Any relevant projects as assigned by the Head (CEP) Qualifications To be successful in the role you should: Have at least 2 years' proven experience in supporting business development in line with the organization's strategic direction, priority targets, and budgets Have experience/strong interest in curriculum design relating to leadership capability development High level of initiative, drive, and resourcefulness Possess effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior-level internal and external clients of the school Thrive on actively contributing to a high-performance, client-centric environment Prior experience in Corporate Education/Training will be an advantage (Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience) More Information Location: Kent Ridge Campus Organization: School of Business Department : Dean's Office (BIZ) Employee Referral Eligible: No Job requisition ID : 23925 Company information Registration No. 200604346E Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
