We are looking for acandidate who is customer and results focused, can work under pressure ina fast paced environment, flexible and an excellent team player to work inthis fast growing department.Weare seeking experienced baker, who is committed to customer service, can work tohigh standards and has excellent communication skills. You will also be responsiblefor managing a team of bakers and bakery assistants in absence of Bakery Managerand ensuring exceptional customer service is provided.Key Responsibilities: Assistin overseeing the production of a wide range of bakery products, ensuringthey meet our high-quality standards.Assistin develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability ofthe bakery department.Ensurecompliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a clean andsafe work environment to comply with Food Safety regulations.Managethe bakery department, when manager is away. TheSuccessful applicant will have, Provenexperience as a Baker or a Bakery 2IC in a retail supermarket.SAPexperience is desirable.Strongknowledge of bakery products and production techniques.Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strongcommunication and customer service skills.Knowledgeof food safety regulations and standards.We needsomeone who can and willing to work as early as 5:30AM and work on weekenddays, hence availability of transport is essential.Full roster will bediscussed at interview.
