Assistant Financial Systems Manager

Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, this position drives the following processes and activities to enhance internal controls, governance and risk management in the organization:Assist with the establishment of design and operation evaluation plan for ICFR (K-SOX)Support internal and external audits requirements as well as follow-up measure implementationUnderstanding the job processes of functional departmentsIdentify opportunities for improvement on financial systems processesWork closely with internal stakeholders to identify workflow gapsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across different organization level to facilitate smooth execution of audit fieldwork and monitoringPerform daily controls monitoringOther ad-hoc tasks related to job processes and internal controlAssist in assigned tasks relating to Risk Management and Financial PlanningJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalentAt least 2-3 years of Big 4 audit experienceGood auditing skills with a good understanding of internal controls/risk management conceptsHealthcare or Pharma experience will be an added advantageExperience in SOX would be advantageousSkillsProblem-solving skillsIndependent and self-motivated team playerPossess a can-do attitude and ability to articulate ideas and challenge conventionsCommunication and collaboration skillsThorough knowledge of accounting and auditing practices and principlesComfortable working with ambiguityFlexible and able to adapt to a fast-changing environmentWorks independently under minimal supervisionCompany information Registration No.201528785GYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?What's your expected monthly basic salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?How many years of auditing experience do you have?How many years' experience do you have as an Audit Role?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Researching careers?
