Assistant Cook

The role will include, but not limited to:Gather food for cooking and servingTo prepare for cooking gather POTS and pansweighing and measuring ingredientsPreparation for cooking and serving involves cleaning, peeling, slicing and dicingPreparing for cooking involves chopping up meat poultry and seafoodRemove cooked food from oven and food heaterNeed to clean work area including equipment, utensils, dishes, etcStore food equipment utensils plates and silverware separately in the refrigerator cabinets pantry and other storage areasInform Foods Trade Workers when food supplies are lowJob pre-requisites:4+ years of working experience in kitchen or hospitality fieldDiploma in cookery level 5 or equivalentA Reliable, friendly and professional mannerHave a strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness;Benefits fun, friendly and supportive team environmentReputable company that truly values what you contributeWorking hours: at least 30 hours per weekWage rates: $23.00 to $23.50Location: AucklandOnly New zealand/Australian Citizen or residents can apply for the position. APPLY NOW
