Assistant Cook

The role will include, but not limited to: Gather food for cooking and serving To prepare for cooking gather POTS and pans weighing and measuring ingredients Preparation for cooking and serving involves cleaning, peeling, slicing and dicing Preparing for cooking involves chopping up meat poultry and seafood Remove cooked food from oven and food heater Need to clean work area including equipment, utensils, dishes, etc Store food equipment utensils plates and silverware separately in the refrigerator cabinets pantry and other storage areas Inform Foods Trade Workers when food supplies are low Job pre-requisites: 4+ years of working experience in kitchen or hospitality field Diploma in cookery level 5 or equivalent A Reliable, friendly and professional manner Have a strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness; Benefits fun, friendly and supportive team environment Reputable company that truly values what you contribute Working hours: at least 30 hours per week Wage rates: $23.00 to $23.50 Location: Auckland Only New zealand/Australian Citizen or residents can apply for the position.   APPLY NOW
