The Role This is a busy role based within our Tauriko store that will see you responsible for achieving store sales targets, ensuring staff are fully trained and performing to their best within their roles and managing stock. As Health and Safety is a huge part of our business you must have a safety-first approach to work, making sure HSE policy and procedures are followed at all times, and your customer service skills will need to be second-to-none.
To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's LicenseGood communication and customer service skillsProven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a teamPrevious experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor
