We have an exciting opportunity to join our united Hawera & New Plymouth team as an Assistant Branch Manager on a 12 month secondment.
You will need to be passionate and have the ability to drive and motivate others to provide unbeatable experiences and outcomes for our customers. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to lead, coach and develop your frontline team.
Along with your leadership qualities, a comprehensive knowledge of both the Customer Service Officer and Personal Banker roles will enable you to give clear direction, guidance and support as required. We are looking for applicants who can build credibility with their team, are pro-active, and are confident in their ability to foster successful team environments.
