Oakridge Homes Limited – Assistant Accountant About the RoleThis is a newly established Full-time role with room to make it your own, you'll ideally have experience as an Assistant Accountant or be working in a CA Firm. You'll love working with our small, highly efficient, supportive, and fun team, working directly with the Finance Manager and Director. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Conducting bank reconciliationsManaging intercompany transactionsAssisting with month-end and year-end reportingAssisting with statutory returns, tax, GST, PAYE, FBT & RWTFostering internal and external relationshipsERP Maintenance, System improvement and documentation  About youPositive attitude and strong communication skills High attention to detail, good time management, curious mind Like working on your own as well as working as part of a team A bachelor's qualification ideally majoring in accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting softwareExperience with Xero, Buildertrend or within the building industry is advantageous but not essential On Offer To You:Competitive salarySouthern Cross Health Insurance Onsite parking Work-life balance  All applicants must have New Zealand Residency or a current valid New Zealand Work Visa. Must also be able to pass a criminal record check.
