Details of the offer

1.Identify new business opportunities and set your eyes on
expanding the business;
2.Look for new areas and locations to expand market;
3.Develop an overall business plan including sales strategies
and profit goals;
4.Performing analyses, assessing the results and adjusting
strategies accordingly;
5.Observing laws and regulations while selling goods and
services to customers and advising them on product use;
6.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety
regulations;
7.Ensuring work complies with relevant government
legislation, policies and procedures
8.Analyzing operating and financial statements for
profitability ratios;
9.Responsibly manage all business resources within
accountability levels;
10.Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer
base;
11.Being motivated to reach the targets;
12.Able to solve any confusion and conflicts arise between
customers and business;
13.Maintain office and organize paperwork documentation
pertaining to the contracts in place;
14.Routinely review the contracts in place to ensure that the
services provided meet with customer service standards;
15.Reviewing the feedback received from customers;
16.Negotiate any variations to contracts in place with existing
customers;
17.Responsibly manage all business resources within
accountability levels;
18.Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this
Job Description and all other duties as required by the
business.
Experience and qualification required:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Management or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
