Our role offers the following: Friendly and professional working environment Collaboration on projects and sharing of information A diverse range of projects - new homes, renovations, remedial and commercial Opportunity for career progression Competitive salary Open door policy to Management staff Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare technical drawings and supporting documents Provide support to Intermediate and Junior staff Carry out measure ups of existing buildings and sites Competencies/ Skills required: Excellent communication skills Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and multi-task - unsupervised Thorough and practical knowledge/understanding of NZS:3604 and the NZ Building Code Passion for the industry and a drive for success Ability to liaise with clients, engineers, builders, and council New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology (Level 6) or equivalent NZ industry experience A minimum of 2 years of industry ArchiCAD experience A minimum of 5-7 years NZ industry experience drafting Must have a NZ driver's License and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
