You will be part of a team and will be working directly with the practice directors to deliver a broad range of projects. The role will be strongly focused on delivering coordinated Revit architectural modelling, detailing and documentation. Other aspects will include hand sketching, report and presentations preparation, site observation, specification writing, liaison with territorial authorities and design coordination with other design disciplines and consultants.Required experience and skills:To fulfill this role, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:Proven ability to work independently.Passion for architecture and proven experience delivering high-quality design and construction.NZRAB registration or close to registration (not applicable for Technicians).Construction observation beneficial.In between 5 to 8 years' New Zealand experience post-graduation.Strong technical and communication skills.Enjoys multi-disciplinary team thinking and shows initiative.Proficiency with Revit modelling and documentation is a must.Skills in Photoshop and or InDesign.Understands the performance of buildings and ESD principles.Experience of design and team coordination and overseeing construction projects beneficial.If this sounds like you, we would really like to hear from you.
