Arcade Attendant | Part Time | Tauranga

We are looking for casual, part time and full time employees to work as Arcade Attendances starting on 4th April 2019. Hours range between 8 to 30hrs for different positions.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all customers at the arcade are receiving the best customer service in a safe and fun environment.
As an Arcade Attendant you will be expected to undertake the following tasks and duties:
Assisting customers of the arcade facility; Performing minor repairs on arcade machines where required, or reporting these faults through to the appropriate channels; Explaining game operation and game rules to customers; Exchanging customer money into arcade game cards; Ensuring that the proper procedures are followed in regards to operating the redemption counter; Responding to patron complaints such as those related to machine malfunctions and arcade game card issues, or making a judgement on reimbursements (of a nominal amount), or finding alternative solutions to the complaint; Observing customers and keep peace and order inside the arcade; Maintaining control of the arcade facility and ask disruptive persons to leave or call security if it is appropriate to do so; Keeping the arcade clean and tidy; and Opening and/or closing the Arcade when required.
