This role is full time (75 hours per fortnight). Enjoy an active role in our Aquatic Centre where you will play an important part in the day to day running of our recently extended and modern facility. As you work as part of our team you will have:
The ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential. Maintain a safe environment for all our customers. Delivering exceptional customer service to our facility users. Pro-actively supervise the pool environment to prevent incidents, accidents, emergencies, and hazards. About you: Our ideal candidate will have genuine interest in aquatics or sport and recreation. We will provide fully paid Lifeguard training where you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, a high level of motivation and be keen to learn.
You will also have:
Experience in a customer facing role. Confident swimming ability and be able to pass a swim test. Have a passion for community safety and wellness. You are comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. You must be proactive, motivated, and keen to learn. The shift pattern for this role is as follows.
Week 1 Monday 5.30am- 1.30pm Tuesday 7.00am - 3.00pm Thursday 7.00am - 3.00pm Friday 5.30am - 1.30pm Week 2 Monday 1.30pm - 9.30pm Tuesday 1.30pm - 9.30pm Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm Sunday 8.30am - 4.30pm Our values are important to us and represent the way we work: · Be a good human · Be brave - Think differently · Better together.
