Are you a skilled professional looking for a new opportunity? We are currently hiring for a position to manage the development and implementation of a new CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)for the Waikeria Prison PPP. This role will support the Waikeria Mobilisation Team and the system must be ready for service commencement on November 30, 2024. If you have the necessary expertise, we would love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Take ownership of the scoping, development and implementation of FSI for the Waikeria Mobilisation Team.
Development and implementation of the PayMech system.
Integration with ESS (Honeywell).
Assist the asset management team to ensure the accuracy of the Asset Register.
Testing of the system to ensure operational readiness in time for Service Commencement.
Demonstrate to the stakeholders the robustness of the system.
Support the business to understand what is required from FSI to comply with the PPP Contract.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures whenever required.
Assist in the Integration of new systems and testing of new solutions.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an FM/AM environment.
Strong IT skills demonstrating an understanding of how systems and programs complete tasks.
FSI knowledge would be a big advantage.
Advanced knowledge of systems.
Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
The ability to plan and prioritise workload.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
