Our mission is to provide support for Facilities Management & ServiceNow which includes new technologies for these functions for the University. Au Mahi | What You Will Do You will manage and troubleshoot software applications and programs, in addition to finding and implementing solutions to existing and potential problems. You will ensure applications and programs are operational and supported, created, and enhanced to meet service unit requirements all while ensuring minimal disruptions. You will primarily work with our Facilities Management and Workplace Experience teams as they work to implement IT initiatives to improve efficiencies. Mou | Who You Are You have significant experience in IT, ideally with experience of SaaS and web-based applications. Experience with ServiceNow is desired however if you are enthusiastic about learning new systems and want to grow your experience, we are happy to teach you. As you will be key in supporting UC staff, it's key that you have a service centric work ethic, can build genuine relationships, and enjoy problem solving.
