We have an opportunity available for an AML / Database Administrator to join our place. Our clients are at the heart of what we do, and you will play a pivotal role in their on boarding experience with us. As a key member of our Business Services team, your main duties will include:  Maintaining and updating the firm's database of clients, matters and contacts, ensuring data quality and accuracy.  Liaising with lawyers and staff to obtain and review relevant documentation and information for AML compliance purposes.  Conducting due diligence checks on new and existing clients, verifying their identity and risk profile and loading this information into our database.  Monitor and respond to any AML alerts, queries, or issues that may arise and escalate them as necessary.  Performing regular quality checks and audits on the database and resolving any discrepancies.  Providing back up support to the wider Business Services Team.
