Skills & Experience
Previous experience with aluminium fabrication is essential but the keys to succeed here are attitude, aptitude and application. You need to be kind, hard-working, fit, and keep the workplace safe and tidy. You need to have literacy and numeracy skills as you will learn to use the company's ERP system. This job is for someone who is open to development, and wants a career. Long-term assignment for the right person - which will progress to a career within the business.
