We are a busy Vietnamese restaurant based in Nelson. We are looking for a passionate All Rounder to join our team.   What you will do         Take orders and inform chefs special needs of customers.         Deliver food service and serve customers       Clear used dishes and cutlery from tables and wipe the tables when customers leave       Assist in the kitchen to prepare food, dessert and serve food       Pack food for delivery         Assis t with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit s , vegetables and meat s .         Stir and heat soups upon chef's request       Retriev e food and ingredients from fridge and storage as requested according to the received orders.         Unload delivered food supplies.         Organiz e and correctly stor e food supplies.         Wash and appropriately stor e all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishe s in the kitchen       Clean walls, sweeping, mopping kitchen and appliances after the shift.         Refill drink fridges, sauces and display     Wash and dry dishes and put them in place.   What you will need       Strong time management skills and professional customer service skills is a must     Have experience in Vietnamese/Asia restaurant is preferable       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high standard kitchen       Good personal hygiene and physical healthy         Flexibility and ability to work in teams       Ability to work under pressure and fast pace, hot and steamy environment         Great interest in Hospitality -       We will provide full training to the right candidate. -       30 to 40 hours/week and wage range $25-$30 depending on your qualifications and experience.
