Your Opportunity This is a role with primary responsibility of managing the boutique, the people within it and the stock. This will include personnel management, exceeding defined business targets whilst working within given budgets and building the House image through sales and KPIs. As the leader of a client-facing team, you must be an ambassador for the House whilst having strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial skills to drive the Company forward.

To achieve personal sales goal on a monthly basis by providing high quality of serviceTo provide high quality of service to the customer by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and productsTo build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationshipTo provide first level of after sales services in an effective way to ensure customer satisfactionTo develop colleagues' and customers' understanding of productTo supervise and train sales floor personnelTo schedule and rotate staff to ensure adequate staffing levels to maximize customer serviceTo perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessaryWho Are You? With at least 5-year solid fashion retail sales experience at supervisory levelPrior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferredDemonstrate strong sense of high-end fashionPossess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skillWhy Work With Us?
