Hours of work: 40 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Manager who will be a dynamic leader for our team in Napier. Radius Hampton Court is a 45-bed facility that provides rest home, hospital care, respite care and palliative care for our residents . The Facility Manager leads the team and overseas all aspects in the care home to ensure the smooth running of the facility, including clinical care, day to day operations, internal and external relationship management, and people management. We are looking for someone that is driven to succeed, puts the resident at the center of what they do and inspire our caring team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful applicant will have: Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, family members, and employees. Clinical background and knowledge about the aged care sector will be an advantage. Experience in audit management and is able to ensure that the facility is compliance-focused. Strong networks with the local community and key stakeholders will be an advantage. Staff management experience, including the management of rosters will be an advantage.
