We've got an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and drivenAftercare Coordinatorto join our Development team. This role will combine a mix of home and office working – our office locations can be flexible (Bristol, Basingstoke or Newbury), but there will be good flexibility.
The role:
AsAftercare Coordinator, you'll assist in providing a high quality after care management service from property handover through to the end of the defects period.
Reporting to the Development Aftercare and Quality Manager, you will:
Be the first point of contact for all after care queries and defects-related complaints, and follow up on complaints
Provide guidance to customers who have defects-related queries
Accuratelyidentify and diagnose defects
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that information is shared appropriately and accurately, and to ultimately seek resolution of defects matters
What you'll need:

You'll need to provide a first class customer service experience, a pragmatic and proactive approach and the ability to manage your own workload. You'll also need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of property and repairs, and be willing to travel to sites as required.
