After School Care - Part-Time - Green Lane

This employer is looking for reliable and friendly students who are amazing with children to assist at their after school programme. In this role you will be working with primary and intermediate aged children, playing games, serving afternoon tea, doing arts and crafts, and helping with homework.To apply, you will need to: Preference will be given to those with a childcare qualification Have previous childcare experience with 5-12 year olds (preferred!) Be a confident, clear communicator Have a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to get one) Be friendly, patient and empathetic
Other useful skill areas could include arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor games, baking, music, dance, drama, homework tutoring, etc.Whilst previous childcare experience is preferred, training will be provided. Work will be Monday to Friday 2.45pm - 5pm/5.45pm. Extra hours will also be available during school breaks, working with our holiday programme activities.
