Therole will plan and write internal andexternal communications for all tauira on their journey to ensure effectiveand consistent communications that raises a strong public profile andeffective engagement for current tauira ensuring success in the courses. This role will work closely with the Communications, Marketing andEngagement team. The role will engage with and support of National TauiraServices and associated teamsResponsibilities include but not limited to: Developcommunications, and engagement plans for tauira-focused support initiativesCreatecontent for a range of channels and audiences to support tauiraWorkwith the Advisor – Social Media to develop social media content includingimages, videos, articles and competitions, ensuring high levels of engagementamong key audiencesLiaisewith appropriate kaimahi and stakeholders about relevant communications totauira about achieving success CreatingJourneys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Produceand/or edit written material for relevant publicationsProducewritten and visual content on the tauira experience for a range of channels,including web and social mediaProvidecommunications support to Manager Tauira LifecycleMaintaina close working relationship and support National Tauira Services andassociated teamsDevelopand maintain positive relationships with all kaimahi, external customers andstakeholdersQualifications and Experience: Qualifications: Bachelor degreein Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant fieldFull NZ DriversLicense Experience: Provenexperience in communications , publicrelations or journalismExperience intauira/customer support communicationProvenexperience in writing for a range of channels, including the web and socialmedia channelsDemonstratedrecord of published work including press releases, photo essays and mediastoriesExperience inface-to-face communications, including public speaking and media interviewsExperienceself-managing workload and deadlinesExperienceworking in a Bi-lingual environment would be of advantageAhuatanga Maori: Engages incultural activities and has a sound understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values,culture and tikanga)Te Reo Maori - Able tounderstand and converse in Te Reo Maori (TARM level 4 or equivalentqualification)Nga UaraUnderstands and is an advocate forusing Te Wananga o Aotearoa values in the workplaceIf this sounds like an opportunity you'd beinterested in, and you have the experience we need - we'd love to hear fromyou.Aposition description can be downloaded below.
