(& very close to Commercial Bay). This role gives you weeks that are never the same, with great variety of work on offer, a nice group of clients who's needs ebb & flow as well as working with our Client Service Lead, Strategic Director and the MDYou'll be experienced across all of the usual advertising channels, have always been proud of how your clients love working with you and you love working with them.Primary responsibilities will include:Building and nurturing exceptional client & internal relationships.Providing excellent attention to detail and achieving key project milestones.Translating our clients' goals and challenges into wonderful creative briefs.Effectively managing client expectations at all timesManage budgets and timings for our clients exceptionally wellUse your experience and initiative to problem solve and present solutions to challenges when they arise.Learn how to leverage your knowledge of your client's business to enable growth and new opportunities.Ensuring that clients are kept up to date regularly with workload and priorities, including upkeep of WIP documents.You will confidently present creative work to clients.You will compliment our team in building on our strong relationships that we enjoy with our partners and suppliers.Happily providing assistance in the agency wherever needed, e.g. Preparing board room for client meetings, grabbing those much needed coffees and general office tidiness. We all do that!About you:You will be 100% detail focussed, and have excellent organisational skills.Your goal is to see Clients love how easy life is with you on their account, thanks to your effortless communication and project management skills.You have an uncanny ability to spot opportunities above and beyond your client's needs, and have the invaluable skill of how to add value to their business and also for the agency wherever possible.You love being part of a small, tight team where everyone adds value, and is valued.You will have 7-10 years minimum of agency work experienceYou love to deliver quality work and are often described as having tonnes of integrity as you are always 100% reliable, clever and loyal.Charm is not your typical ad agency!
