Administrator (School of Pharmacy) - 2400459DIVISIONAL SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION• Salary + 6.75% superannuation + five weeks' annual leave.• Career Development + tertiary study benefit.• On going professional development opportunities.The role/Te mahiIf you have outstanding organisation and administration skills and want to be part of a team providing essential administration support to our leading academics, researchers and future health workforce – we want you to join our team!As an Administrator for the School of Pharmacy, you will join a team of professionals working across campus within Divisional Services and Administration.In this role you will provide support to the Dean of Pharmacy, acting as a first point of contact including diary/calendar management and assisting with correspondence. You will also provide general administrative support for the wider department and academic staff.You will work alongside a team of three administrators and a supportive Lead Administrator.Key tasks of the role include:• Providing diary/calendar management and assisting with correspondence.• Organising internal School of Pharmacy events.• Assisting with academic promotion and research documentation.• Booking travel arrangements.• General administrative support to academic staff, the wider School and student enquiries.• Meeting organisation and minute taking.Along with excellent administration and coordination skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role.Successful candidates will also have:• Previous experience in a busy and/or complex administration environment.• Excellent organisational and time management skills.• An eye for detail.• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional service to customers.• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.• The ability to work as part of a team and individually.• The ability to be calm, adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.• An ongoing commitment to positive outcomes for our students, staff and visitors.• Previous experience organising events.Divisional Services and Administration are a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all the University's internal and external customers.This is a permanent, full time (37.5 hours) position, located in Dunedin.You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position.The appointments range for this role is $59,285 to $63,651.
