Replacing Tara Mallaby - role was in Whangarei but changing role into a Hub Role, flexible location. this was part of the original proposal but given the duties that Tara was undertaking, it was decided to have her report to Whangarei Branch Manager. Tara has subsequently resigned so rescoping the role to be a Hub role. Increase from 32 hours to 40 hours. Tara's role won' be backfilled. Help us build New Zealand! Join the team at PlaceMakers - New Zealand's leading and largest supplier of building materials! The Role: We have an opportunity for a Branch Administrator who will support our Northland Hub. The role will work closely with our three Branch Manager and reporting to our Hub Manager. Providing key support to the Branch by Reviewing/matching invoices and investigating any discrepancies. Processing and following up with supplier credits. Ensuring all paperwork and personnel files are up to date and filed. Managing daily banking requirements and reconciling monthly fuel/credit card expenses. This role will see you also do Weekly and Monthly reporting and organise any travel need for the Hub team. Ordering stationery/branch supplies and staff uniforms. This role offers variation and general administration support as required. This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week. Monday- Friday with flexible working hours. We are open to this role being based in either our Whangarei or Kerikeri Branch. About you: You will be a solid all-rounder who takes great pride in your work and can multi-task like no other, while working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure. You will be engaging with different teams, customers, and suppliers on a regular basis, so being able to communicate on all levels is essential. You will need to have experience in invoice management/accounting processes and Administration background. This role requires you to work autonomously and plan your own day to ensure task are complete, so you will need to be an organised person with good time management. You will ideally be proficient in MS Office (particularly Word & Excel) and can pick up new computer software.
