About the role The Administrator is a key member of our Campus Services Team providing outstanding service to our kaimahi (staff) and akonga (learners). The role involves liaison with external stakeholdersKo wai koe | About youOur preferred candidate will be a highly organised, detail-focussed, pro-active and committed administrator who has highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive and productive team attitude including the drive to be a highly functioning member of our teams. They will have outstanding relationship-building skills which are customer-centred.Excellent skills in word processing, and competency with spreadsheet and database use is essential, as are multitasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage time effectively along with an active commitment to ensuring that timely services of the highest quality are consistently provided. It would be an advantage if you have minute taking skills and experience and finance programme experience ie Finance 1.A relevant qualification in office administration at level 4 minimum or equivalent experience in business administration is required.
